First I will try to schedule you as soon as possible.  I will test and repair as necessary. I will order parts and get them overnight to get you back in service as soon as possible.  I will also get the results of your backflow test to the appropriate Water purveyor in a timely manner.

Of course I have to report the test results as they come. If they are not passing I will discuss the results and together we can find the best solution to keep your water on .
